Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner for North America. You will own compensation strategy, manage annual merit and bonus cycles, and ensure equity and compliance while partnering with executive leaders to align pay with business goals.

The role requires deep experience in compensation programs, Workday HCM, and regulatory alignment across the U.S. and Canada, with a focus on market competitiveness and pay equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.
• CCP certification preferred but not required.
• Experience owning compensation programs or regional scope including market pricing and annual cycles.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary compensation partner for North America, advising senior leaders on strategy and decision-making.
• Oversee salary benchmarking and market data to inform pay positioning and workforce planning.
• Own design and governance of regional compensation structures, ranges, and incentive programs.
