Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner for North America to own compensation strategy and outcomes. You will partner with senior People & Culture leaders to align pay with business goals, equity, and compliance.

You will oversee market benchmarking, design regional pay structures, and lead annual merit/bonus cycles, guiding complex offers and executive decisions while maintaining internal parity and external competitiveness.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or related analytics.
Experience owning compensation programs or regional scope including market pricing and annual cycles.
Strong working knowledge of US compensation regulations and pay equity requirements.
Hands-on Workday HCM experience; Advanced Compensation module preferred.

Responsabilidades

Partner with senior leaders on compensation strategy, design and decision making.
Oversee benchmarking, survey participation, and market data interpretation for NA.
Design and govern regional compensation structures, pay ranges, and incentives.
Lead annual compensation review cycles (merit and bonus) with controls.
Provide executive offers guidance and support talent decisions with equity considerations.
