Vantage Data Centers LLC in Denver, CO seeks a Senior Compensation Partner to own and shape NA compensation strategy. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure pay equity, compliance, and market-aligned structures in a high-growth data-center environment.

You’ll drive annual cycles, advise on complex offers, and translate workforce strategies into scalable compensation programs for the region. This is a remote-friendly, full-time role with cross-border collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive compensation/total rewards experience.
• CCP preferred, but not required; strong regulatory knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Act as NA compensation partner influencing strategy and decisions.
• Own design and governance of regional pay structures and ranges.
• Lead annual compensation review cycles with cross-functional partners.
• Provide guidance on complex offers, promotions, and exceptions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
