Conga is seeking a Staff Sales Operations Manager for North America. You will partner with the NA sales org to drive disciplined, predictable operations across forecasting, pipeline and reporting.

You’ll deliver data-driven insights, own tools, and support cross-functional teams to optimize performance. You will collaborate with sales leaders, frontline reps, and global Revenue Operations to ensure data quality, process adherence, and actionable business reviews.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and basic data modeling).
• Understanding of the B2B sales process, forecasting, quota, and conversion metrics.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Own forecast and pipeline support for North America.
• Monitor pipeline health, coverage, conversion, and slippage; surface trends to sales leaders.
• Maintain Clari and Salesforce views for North American leaders to manage forecasting and deals.
• Prepare weekly forecast materials and pipeline inspections for NA leadership; support QBRs.
