Bayer Crop Science is seeking a Regional UX Lead for North America to drive user-centered design across regional initiatives. You will partner with product, commercial, and test-and-learn teams to translate regional insights into scalable UX strategies, standards, and reusable solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX, HCI, Interaction Design, Product Design, CS, Business, or related field.
10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, interaction design, or digital-product delivery.
Portfolio or case studies demonstrating strong UX/UI craft.
Experience with design systems, accessibility standards, and reusable interaction patterns.

Responsibilities

Partner with North American product, commercial, and test-and-learn teams to identify customer needs and map end-to-end workflows.
Lead or support UX activities for regional initiatives: discovery, journey mapping, prototyping, usability testing, evaluation.
Provide UX direction to ensure useful, usable, accessible, and trusted experiences.
Identify UX capability needs and develop talent across regional products.
Represent NA within the enterprise UX Strategy team and share regional insights.
