Job summary

Bayer CropScience Limited is hiring a Global Consolidated Customer Data & AI Lead to shape enterprise data assets and translate strategy into action across markets, with emphasis on the U.S. and Canada. You’ll drive governance, quality, and AI-enabled data products to empower a scalable commercial engine.

The role requires deep data management expertise, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of delivering measurable value through customer data initiatives in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• End-to-end accountability for domain strategy, governance and data quality.
• Deep knowledge of customer data ecosystems and identity resolution.
• Experience enabling analytics and AI use cases with compliant data.
• Leadership and stakeholder management in a global matrix.

Responsibilities

• Define the global vision, roadmap, and success measures for consolidated customer data.
• Define and enforce global governance standards, taxonomies, and quality frameworks.
• Own the global data quality and enrichment strategy, including deduplication.
• Design global-to-local data flows and activation strategies across markets.
• Establish a network of Data Owners and Business Data Stewards.
• Co-shape Master Data Strategy aligning with product and market domains.
• Ensure AI-ready data with quality, lineage, and compliant usage rights.
