Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cold chain, temperature-controlled packaging, or related industries.
• Proven leadership experience managing sales teams.
• Experience in life sciences, pharma, or food/logistics environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and oversee regional sales and customer service teams
