Strategic Employment is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across an East Coast territory, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will sell cold chain packaging solutions to pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences customers and engage multiple stakeholders to align solutions with customer needs.

The role requires 5+ years of B2B life sciences sales, a hunter mentality, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B sales experience within life sciences.
Hunter mentality with proven territory ownership.
Experience selling product and consultative solutions; willingness to travel 50%.
Cold chain or packaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences customers on the East Coast.
Sell to new customers while growing and strengthening existing relationships through full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Engage multiple stakeholders across procurement, engineering, operations, and prospective buyers.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline within Salesforce, balancing new business development and existing account expansion.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop customer-specific solutions and support long-term account growth.
