Qualifications

• Eight years of full‑time experience as a director or senior executive in recruitment or similar senior roles.
• Proven track record with P&L, forecasting revenue, EBITDA and managing large budgets.
• Experience building US market entry strategies and cross‑border teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and grow the North American business with full US market entry responsibility.
• Develop and execute commercial strategy across semiconductor, AI, quantum and deep‑tech markets.
• Oversee revenue operations, forecasting, planning, pipeline management and performance metrics.
• Direct US recruitment team, including competency frameworks and training.
• Build strategic partnerships with enterprise clients and vendors.
• Represent the company in industry events and client negotiations.
