Job summary

INNIO Group is seeking a data-driven Talent Acquisition & Learning leader to steer NA talent strategy across the Americas. You will partner with business leaders and HR partners to align hiring, mobility, and capability-building with business priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing context.

You will build and guide a high-performing regional TA team, drive talent analytics, governance, and external partnerships, and oversee budgeting and process excellence across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience leading and developing a team of recruiters/TA partners.
• Experience designing or leading talent, learning, succession, or internal mobility initiatives.
• Strong track record partnering with senior leaders in a matrix environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects, vendors, and performance metrics.
• Ability to travel domestically ~20% for North America sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North America Talent Strategy, aligning with business priorities and workforce plans.
• Direct recruitment delivery across the region, enabling current and future growth.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional Talent team.
• Partner with business leaders and HR partners on workforce planning and capability building.
• Drive Talent Management and Development initiatives including leadership development and internal mobility.
• Leverage analytics and market intelligence to inform decisions and continuous improvement.
• Oversee talent operations, branding, partnerships, budgeting, and governance across the region.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and lead cross-functional talent programs.
