Job summary

CTS Corporation seeks a Director of Operations, North America to lead regional manufacturing, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective execution across sites. You will standardize processes, drive Lean, and coach plant leadership to deliver improvements in safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have extensive multi-site manufacturing leadership, P&L ownership, and strong collaboration with finance and HR. A North America focus, with travel, is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 12–15 years of progressive manufacturing operations experience.
• Minimum 5 years of multi-site operations leadership.
• Experience with P&L ownership, budgets, capital planning, and KPI management.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or equivalent continuous improvement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America manufacturing operations across multiple sites.
• Standardize operating processes and drive a disciplined management system.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align plans with demand and objectives.
• Drive Lean deployment, value stream improvement, and cost reduction across the region.
