Job summary

Web Industries in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Director of Operations, North America, to provide strategic and operational leadership across our manufacturing operations serving Aerospace, Medical, Industrial, and Consumer markets. The Director will oversee NA Plant Managers and drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost improvements.

The role requires establishing a consistent operating culture and performance system, managing KPIs, and partnering with Finance to develop budgets

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive manufacturing and operations leadership experience.
5+ years leading multiple manufacturing facilities and Plant Managers.
Strong financial and business acumen with manufacturing cost management.
Proven ability to drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost improvements.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership to Plant Managers across Aerospace, Medical, Industrial, and Consumer manufacturing operations.
Establish clear operating rhythms, KPIs, and accountability across facilities.
Partner with Finance to develop annual operating budgets and forecasts.
Drive capital investments aligned with business strategy and measured returns.
Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all sites.
