Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build on new data-led culture in operations facility, and be an effective driver of change.
• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Ten years of managerial experience with budgetary responsibility preferred.
• Ideally from a competitive/lean manufacturing environment with focus on operations, lean and CI.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation and standards.
• Strong regulatory compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant operations meet company and government safety and environmental rules and regulations.
• Instills a plant safety culture to drive world-class occupational and process safety performance.
• Establish strategic goals for manufacturing and technical center while aligning operational activities with Company goals and values.
• Build collaborative relationships and interact with business, senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Drives plant productivity and efficiency by monitoring processes and leveraging technologies across regions.
• Create metrics and evaluate efficiency of business procedures and apply improvements by analyzing data.
• Develop and adjust operation budgets with plant managers to promote profitability and monitor margins.
• Responsible for staff management and development including assigning, appraising, hiring, training and retention.
• Leads change management and coaches team to foster continuous learning and global collaboration.
