Job summary

DCL America is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations for emissions-market products. You will lead teams, drive Lean initiatives, and ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets across multiple sites.

The role requires a strong track record in manufacturing excellence, capability with ERP systems, and the ability to collaborate with finance, marketing, and HR to align operations with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in welding and sheet metal fabrication is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA is advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead a large site with 100+ employees.
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems; Epicor is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify and drive process improvements to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Provide leadership to operations teams and drive performance management.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Engineering to improve customer satisfaction.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance; support budgeting and productivity.
• Develop talent and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate technology to enhance operational efficiency.
