Qualifications

- 4 years of industry experience; 2 in sales or marketing.
- Willingness to travel 60%.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the North America OEM growth strategy with market segmentation and target accounts.
- Identify, acquire, and grow strategic OEM accounts from discovery to commercial alignment.
- Build trusted relationships with engineering, operations, supply chain, and executives.
- Create and execute strategic account plans to drive design wins and long-term growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align OEM strategies with end-user demand.
- Share best practices and strengthen OEM selling capabilities across North America.
- Monitor market trends, forecast and conduct business reviews with Emerson leadership.
