Job summary

Minerals Technologies Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales activities for our production sites across a national remote US territory. You will plan and coordinate efforts to grow market share, manage pricing, contracts, and forecasting, and travel regularly to meet objectives.

The role requires strong communication, strategic selling, and industry experience with minerals or related markets. Prefer candidates in the North East or Mid West regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field.
• 7+ years of sales experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development within target segments to achieve defined growth targets.
• Expand share of wallet at existing accounts through strategic account penetration.
• Drive margin growth through pricing and mix optimization.
• Develop account plans for top customers outlining growth strategy, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, R&D and marketing to align supply, innovation, and commercial strategy.
