Qualifications

• 15–20 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations.

• Experience with multi-site management in North America.
• Strong financial acumen and EBITDA focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple sites.
• Drive SQDCI targets and KPI performance.
• Implement Gates Production System (GPS) and Lean initiatives.
• Align operations with commercial strategy to support profitable growth.
• Develop high-performing leadership teams and succession plans.
• Ensure HSE and regulatory compliance.
