Qualifications

• Conflict Resolution and Time Management.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with technology and information systems.
• Ability to lead a team and manage manpower forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Oversees supervision staff and develops Manufacturing Supervisors; identifies training needs.
• Final decisions on overtime based on production requirements.
• Ensures production targets are met; analyzes reports; maintains inventories.
• Participates in continuous improvement teams and drives improvement plans.
• Adheres to safety regulations and company rules.
• Monitors process efficiencies and provides feedback to staff.
• Coordinates with Quality Assurance to meet customer requirements.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment.
