Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Technical Science or equivalent experience.
7-10 years managerial experience in an automotive environment.
Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety Act and Labour Laws.
Strong communication, organizational, teamwork and leadership skills.
Ability to supervise, multi-task and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

Oversees supervision staff and develops Manufacturing and Maintenance Supervisors.
Ensures production requirements are met; analyzes reports and maintains inventories.
Participates in continuous improvement initiatives and cost controls.
Maintains safety and clean work environment; coordinates with QA to meet requirements.
Prepares monthly reports and budgets; forecasts manpower and resources.
