Gates Corporation, located at the Poplar Bluff, MO plant, seeks an experienced Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing process improvements and drive performance across the facility.

You will develop and implement processes to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance, leveraging data-driven decision-making to boost equipment reliability and efficiency. This role collaborates with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and product engineering to support capacity growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 8-10 years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis.

Mansioni

• Lead manufacturing process improvements to boost productivity and OEE.
• Drive scrap reduction, yield improvement, and cost-saving projects.
• Serve as SME for critical processes, equipment, and systems.
• Use Lean, Six Sigma and statistical tools to identify root causes and actions.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting for defect reduction and throughput.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations to troubleshoot issues.
