Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a Sales Leader for North America – Industrial Segment. You will lead a team of sales professionals, drive growth, expand market share, and shape strategic execution across the NA industrial market.

You will report to the VP WW Sales – Industrial segment and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success, accountability, and results. This role is flexible on home location and requires international travel when needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales leadership experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience with direct B2B, channel partners and broad distribution go-to-market.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and financial acumen.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the global sales strategy for the NA industrial market.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the sales pipeline across product lines.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance sales team; foster accountability and results.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, distributors, and accounts; optimize channel strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust sales approaches to deliver differentiated value.
• Implement KPIs, reporting tools, and performance frameworks to drive revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Business Lines, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to align customer-centric execution.
