Reporting to the VP WW Sales – Industrial, you will set strategy, expand market share, and foster a culture of accountability and customer success while aligning with cross-functional teams. This role offers flexible home location in the United States.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive sales leadership in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience driving growth in direct B2B, channel partners, and broad distribution.
• Established relationships and strong network within industrial markets.
• Proven ability to exceed revenue targets and build high-performing teams.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the global sales strategy to grow revenue in North America’s industrial market.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the sales pipeline across product lines.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance sales team; foster accountability and collaboration.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, distributors, and accounts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
