Job summary

SBH Fashion seeks a Head of eCommerce, North America to lead digital revenue across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. The role owns the digital P&L, sites, paid media, retention, and omnichannel initiatives within a small in-house team supported by agencies.

The ideal candidate has senior leadership experience in a premium fashion brand, with a proven track record across eCommerce, omni-channel, and agency management, including global coordination with Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Senior-level eCommerce leadership experience in a consumer brand.
• Experience scaling digital business from ~$20M to $100M+ revenue.
• Direct responsibility for a digital or channel P&L.
• Proven omnichannel strategy across ecommerce and stores.
• Experience managing agencies and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the North America digital P&L, budgets, and partnerships.
• Lead websites, customer journey, and site-wide optimization.
• Oversee paid media, retention, and customer data programs.
• Drive omnichannel initiatives: BOPIS, ship-from-store, and cross-channel consistency.
• Select, manage, and review agencies and vendors; align data and plans.
