Job summary

Beeflow is seeking a highly energetic, proactive leader to build and scale the North American market from the ground up. Based in the Central Valley of California or willing to relocate, you will lead the NA team, drive expansion, and establish a strong regional presence, with up to 50% travel.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in sales management or business development, proven team leadership, startup experience, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience with a strong commercial focus (Sales Manager, Business Development, Account Executive, or similar roles)
• Proven experience leading teams
• Experience in high-growth startup environments is highly valued
• Fluent English and proficiency in Spanish are required

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the North American team
• Implement and refine the North American market entry and growth strategy
• Lead generation and hunting with aggressive outreach and business development
• Pipeline review and analysis of past North American sales opportunities
• Drive the sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing
• Serve as the primary conduit for competitive intelligence and market needs to product/strategy teams
