Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer Strategy and Operations Lead for North America. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Partners to plan, strategize, and run the business, focusing on building and executing our Global AI GTM strategy across North America.

The role emphasizes data-driven forecasting, executive storytelling, and alignment with regional operations to drive growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
• Experience with data analysis and generating data-driven insights using SQL or other analytical approaches.

Responsibilities

• Manage NA AI Tech GTM rhythm-of-business activities including business reviews and forecast calls.
• Operationalize the AI Tech GTM team by standing up key systems, R&R maps, processes, and tools.
• Oversee qualification, technical review, and executive prioritization of customer Engagement Requests across NA.
• Coordinate with regional AI Sales Specialists, FDE, AI CE, and finance to inform global forecast/review cycles.
