Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a senior EHS leader for North America to drive multi-site compliance and incident response across U.S. and Canadian data centers. You will partner with Operations, Construction, and Security to embed safety as a core capability and ensure readiness for audits.

You will own regional EHS programs, mentor site leaders, and manage regulatory engagement with federal, state, and local agencies. Willingness to travel 40-60% is required.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in safety/ENV health or safety-related field.
• 15+ years progressive EHS experience with multi-site leadership.
• Experience with data centers or mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own site compliance across all EHS programs, training, reporting, and records.
• Drive shared ownership of EHS with NA regional dashboards and accountability metrics.
• Ensure audit readiness for government, ISO, and customer audits.
• Chair or co-chair regional EHS governance forums with stakeholders.
• Oversee regulatory interactions and reporting across U.S. states and Canadian provinces.
• Lead regional incident reporting, investigation, and root-cause analysis.
