Job summary

CoreWeave, a leading AI cloud provider, seeks a senior EHS leader to drive safety and regulatory compliance across its NA facilities. You will own program governance, incident investigations, and KPI dashboards while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure audits and certifications are achieved.

The role demands 15+ years in EHS, specific data center experience, and the ability to travel up to 60%. Competitive compensation includes a discretionary bonus and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive EHS experience, including at least 5 years in a multi-site or regional leadership role.
• Experience supporting data centers, mission-critical facilities, or other 24/7 high-hazard operations.
• Experience managing EHS programs across multiple U.S. states with regulatory engagement.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), CHMM, OHST, or NEBOSH.
• High proficiency with enterprise EHS systems and data-driven reporting.
• Strong executive communication, presenting to senior leadership, prioritizing across workstreams.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% across U.S. and Canada, and walk data center floors in PPE.

Responsibilities

• Own site compliance across all EHS programs, training, and recordkeeping.
• Embed EHS metrics into dashboards for accountability across North America.
• Ensure audit readiness for government, ISO, and customer audits.
• Chair or co-chair a regional EHS governance forum.
• Oversee regulatory interactions across U.S. states and Canadian provinces.
• Own incident reporting, investigation, and root-cause analysis with timely notification.
• Maintain site emergency response and business continuity plans with Security.
• Report KPI trends to regional and global leadership.
• Foster a proactive safety culture with hazard reporting and stop-work authority.
• Manage regional budget, staffing, and network of EHS service providers.
• Maintain 24/7/365 on-call posture for incident response and regulatory support.
• Serve as liaison with regulators, first responders, and insurers.

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
