Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental field required.
• 15+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Multi-site North America EHS leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting.
• Experience with ISO 14001/45001 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America EHS strategy and compliance across sites in Austin, TX, and Canada.
• Oversee environmental permitting, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement EHS programs and training.
• Collaborate with operations, legal, HR, and engineering to integrate EHS requirements.
