Job summary

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking an experienced North Subregion EHS Manager to provide strategic EHS leadership, program oversight, and regulatory compliance across 75+ sites in the Northern United States and Eastern Canada. The role emphasizes risk reduction, incident investigation, audits, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years in field safety and EHS management in a petrochemical, refinery, industrial gas, or related facility.
• 3+ years' experience managing and developing direct reports.
• Proven understanding of OSHA, EPA, PSM/RMP, DOT, ISO standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of EHS and Driver Safety professionals across 75+ sites in the Northern US and Eastern Canada.
• Drive a culture of safety and reduce injuries through proactive risk reduction and leading indicators.
• Develop and execute regional EHS strategy aligned with business objectives and priorities.
• Oversee EHS programs to ensure compliance and drive corrective actions to completion.
• Travel up to 50% within the North Subregion.
