Job summary
Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a Head of Distribution - North America to lead the evolution of the distribution center from cost center to value driver. You will own P&L, drive revenue growth, improve margins and align logistics with commercial objectives across VT divisions.
You will report to the VP of Logistics and work with Sales, Customer Care and business leaders to optimize capacity, network footprint and service offerings while maintaining high standards of operational
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain or related field required.
- 5–10 years of logistics/distribution experience expected.
- Strong inventory management and analytical skills required.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, Excel and Access is a plus.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Own full P&L for the distribution center and drive revenue growth.
- Position the DC as a strategic partner to enable market share growth.
- Identify and scale value-added services and optimize service costing.
- Define long-term DC expansion aligned with growth plans.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care and Business Lines to align logistics with commercial goals.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term investment planning.
