You will own the P&L, drive revenue growth, improve margins, and strategically align logistics with commercial objectives to support VTBA growth.

This on-site role requires leading cross-functional teams, optimizing service costing, and expanding value-added services while ensuring capital investments deliver ROI and sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Inventory Management skills.
• Operational drive and result-oriented focus is necessary.
• Organizational & process development skills.
• Excellent Command of English, verbally and in writing is necessary.
• Experience with Multi-stakeholder management.
• ~200K Outbound OLs/Year supporting Global and Regional distribution of product.

Responsibilities

• Assume full P&L ownership for the DC, driving revenue growth, cost efficiency and margin expansion.
• Position the DC as a strategic partner to enable market share growth and expanded service offerings.
• Define and execute a long-term DC expansion strategy aligned with growth plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, and Business Line leadership to align logistics with commercial objectives.
• Drive cost-to-serve transparency and optimization across inventory and transportation.
