The ideal candidate will develop expertise in distributor performance, pricing, inventory, and market trends while translating findings into actionable commercial actions.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of analytics or commercial experience preferred.
• Strong analytical aptitude with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with Excel; Power BI exposure is desirable.
• CRM/ERP experience such as Salesforce or SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze distributor sales, inventory, margins and key metrics to spot trends.
• Build dashboards using Power BI, Excel, Salesforce, SAP.
• Translate data into actionable insights for pricing and growth.
• Collaborate with distributor partners and internal teams.
• Support distributor pricing, price lists, and annual pricing activities.
• Participate in distributor business reviews and reporting.
• Assist in onboarding new distribution partners.
• Travel up to approximately 10%.
