Job summary

Han’s Laser is expanding its North American presence in data center liquid cooling and high-density thermal management. We seek a senior business development leader to drive go-to-market strategy, build executive relationships with hyperscalers and AI providers, and close strategic opportunities across North America.

You will partner with global product and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into business value, manage a robust account pipeline, and travel regularly to engage

Qualifications

• 8+ years of business development, strategic sales, or key account experience in data center infrastructure or thermal management.
• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships with hyperscalers, colocation operators, and AI infrastructure companies.
• Strong understanding of data center cooling systems and commercial negotiation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across North America.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the North American go-to-market strategy for data center liquid cooling and high-density thermal management solutions.
• Build executive-level relationships with hyperscalers, colocation operators, AI and GPU cloud providers, and server OEMs/ODMs.
• Identify and close complex strategic opportunities from initial engagement to contract execution.
• Establish strategic alliances and channel partnerships to accelerate market access and revenue growth.
• Build and manage a pipeline of strategic accounts with forecasts and development plans.
• Provide market intelligence to guide product roadmaps and North American strategy.
• Collaborate with global teams to develop competitive, customer-focused solutions.
• Represent Han’s Laser at major industry events such as Data Center World, OCP Global Summit, and DCD.
