Job summary

Han’s Laser is expanding its North American data center liquid cooling portfolio and seeks a Technical Solutions Manager to bridge customers with global R&D, product, and engineering teams. You will lead discovery, solution design, and pre-sales for high-density AI/HPC cooling, and translate requirements into actionable specifications while ensuring compliance with UL/CSA and ASHRAE guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; a master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and pre-sales engagements for data center liquid cooling and high-density thermal management.
• Develop technical proposals, architectures, sizing, and TCO/ROI analyses for CDU, direct-to-chip cold plates, RDHx, chillers, and heat-rejection deployments.
• Review and develop P&IDs, hydraulic designs, pump and valve configurations, control sequences, redundancy strategies, and primary/secondary cooling-loop integration.
• Advise customers on integrating liquid cooling systems with existing facility infrastructure and traditional air-cooling systems, including CRAC and CRAH equipment.
• Serve as the Voice of the Customer in North America, translating technical requirements and market feedback into actionable product specifications for global R&D and product teams.
• Support product localization and compliance with UL/CSA requirements, ASHRAE TC 9.9 guidance, OCP specifications, and customer-specific standards.
• Support proof-of-concept projects, technical validation, design reviews, pilot deployments, and project handover to delivery and service teams.
• Provide technical training and solution support to regional sales teams, channel partners, consultants, and customers.
