Philips in Stamford, CT seeks a Demand Planning Leader to drive North America demand strategies, forecast accuracy, and inventory optimization. You will align with commercial priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and implement governance dashboards to improve service levels and supply chain performance.

The role emphasizes Lean, Six Sigma, AI-enabled forecasting, and mentoring teams to achieve operational excellence across a large, matrixed organization.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in demand planning or related fields with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional supply chain projects.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NA demand planning strategy and execution aligned with business objectives and end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to develop accurate forecasts and support S&OP.
• Establish governance, metrics and dashboards to monitor forecast accuracy, inventory and supply chain responsiveness; provide insights to senior leadership.
• Champion Lean, Six Sigma, AI-enabled forecasting and digital techniques to improve forecasting and reduce supply chain costs.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to demand planning professionals, allocating resources and guiding initiatives to deliver operational excellence.
