Rollease Acmeda Pty in Stamford, CT is seeking a Demand Planner to forecast and manage demand for US product lines. You will work with Sales, Product Management, and Supply Chain to maintain accurate forecasts and inventory parameters, while supporting ERP data integrity and planning processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, regular demand reviews, and contributions to S&OP initiatives to meet customer demand and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required or preferred
• 2+ years forecasting or demand planning experience
• Advanced Excel; Power BI experience preferred
• Experience gathering, analyzing & presenting data
• Experience with Demand Planning software and MRP/ERP systems (Microsoft D365 preferred)
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain demand forecasts for assigned US product lines based on historical demand, trends, seasonality, and inputs from Sales and Product Management.
• Apply system overrides in the demand planning software as needed.
• Maintain accurate demand planning and ERP master data including safety stocks, reorder points, lead times, and other inventory parameters.
• Collaborate with another Demand Planner to share knowledge and ensure continuity of critical activities.
• Establish schedules for daily, weekly, and monthly demand planning activities.
• Contribute to process improvements to reduce stockouts and optimize inventory management.
