Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or related field with a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Ability to interpret performance against forecasts and planning targets.
• Experience translating data into actionable leadership-ready insights for senior/executive audiences.
• Strong communication skills to tell compelling data stories and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America supply chain analytics and evaluate performance against forecasts and plans.
• Apply optimization, simulation, data mining, statistics, and AI-enabled tools to assess scenarios and reporting.
• Transform data into clear insights and present findings to senior and C-suite leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement by root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define requirements for automated analytics and reporting.
