You will coordinate with account teams, product managers, and operations to align demand with supply, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock levels. The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing planning, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in SAP/IBP/OMP plus MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and the ability to lead cross-functional meetings.
• Experience with forecasting and demand planning processes.
• Proficiency in SAP/IBP/OMP and MS Office applications.
• Ability to manage inventory and balance priorities across teams.

Responsabilités

• Forecast demand and update supply notes for the Industrial NA business.
• Host demand calls with the commercial team and review with stakeholders.
• Manage forecast in SAP / IBP / other planning systems.
• Track back orders and work with operations to resolve issues.
• Ensure production plans meet customer requirements and KPI targets.
• Support inventory health and drive improvements in service levels.
