Fitt Talent Partners is seeking a results-driven NA Channel Lead for a venture-backed wearable startup. You will own North American retail and distributor revenue end to end, from outreach to first PO, through sell-through and reorder, balancing retail visibility with distributor reach.

You will open doors with retail buyers and distributors, launch new products in 90 days on shelf, analyze sell-through, and adjust plans quickly.

Qualifications

• Live rolodex of retail buyers and distributors and ability to reach them quickly.
• Launch planning: own 90-day on-shelf launch including planogram, staff training, and demo program.
• Reorder-focused mindset: paid on replenishment and sell-through rather than pipeline value.

Responsibilities

• Own North American retail and distributor revenue end to end from first outreach to sell-through and reorder.
• Open doors with named retail buyers and distributors across wearables and connected fitness, recovery, health commerce, and benefits.
• Launch each product through the first 90 days on shelf with velocity data and reorder planning.
• Read sell-through data early and adjust plans in weeks 4–12.
• Travel 40–50% to buyer meetings, trade shows, and distributor sites.
• Represent the US channel internally, feeding partner data back to product, marketing, and supply decisions.
