Job summary

Global Industrial is seeking a Manager, North America Benefits & Leave Administration to oversee outsourced benefits and leave services across the US & Canada. You will partner with Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Operations, and third-party vendors to deliver compliant, employee-centric programs and escalations management.

Responsibilities include governance of Health & Welfare, Retirement, Leave, and Disability programs, vendor performance, and continuous improvement to the employee experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, leave administration, HR operations, or shared services.
5+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of outsourced benefits & leave administration for US & Canada.
Serve as internal owner of benefits, retirement, and leave service delivery.
Monitor vendor performance, service levels, and employee experience metrics.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and governance standards.
Partner with Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Operations, and vendor partners to optimize services.
