Job summary

Motion is seeking a Benefits Administration Manager to oversee the delivery, governance, and performance of Health & Welfare and Retirement programs across the United States and Canada. You will be the escalation point for complex employee issues and ensure vendors deliver compliant, efficient, and employee-focused service.

You will partner with Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Operations, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to drive compliance, service improvements, and superior employee experience

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in benefits administration or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Welfare and retirement programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health, welfare, and retirement administration operations.
• Monitor vendor performance and escalation processes.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and risk controls.
