Job summary

Einride is hiring a Business Development Account Manager for North America. You will drive new business with Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts, manage freight electrification rollouts, and own the full lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding and expansion.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in business development, account management, logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in shipper or customer-facing BD or account management.
• Proven track record in winning new business and growing accounts.
• Strong understanding of freight modes (drayage, intermodal, LTL, cross-border).
• Experience with BI tools or Google Workspace is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across North America for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.
• Lead planning and execution of freight electrification rollouts with clients.
• Own full lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding and expansion.
• Train customer teams on Einride's equipment, software and best practices.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and growth plans to expand revenue.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Solutions, Product, and Carrier Ops teams.
• Become SME in Einride's service offerings and software.
• Travel up to 25% to visit clients and support rollouts.
