Job summary

Einride is hiring a Business Development Account Manager for North America. You will drive new business with Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts, manage freight electrification rollouts, and own the full lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding and expansion.

Qualifications

4–7 years in business development, account management, logistics, or related field.
3+ years in shipper or customer-facing BD or account management.
Proven track record in winning new business and growing accounts.
Strong understanding of freight modes (drayage, intermodal, LTL, cross-border).
Experience with BI tools or Google Workspace is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive new business development across North America for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.
Lead planning and execution of freight electrification rollouts with clients.
Own full lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding and expansion.
Train customer teams on Einride's equipment, software and best practices.
Conduct quarterly business reviews and growth plans to expand revenue.
Collaborate with Commercial, Solutions, Product, and Carrier Ops teams.
Become SME in Einride's service offerings and software.
Travel up to 25% to visit clients and support rollouts.
