Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in transportation or carrier management.

• Active CDL (Class A) preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with transportation carriers and third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Site budget management and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of drivers and logistics personnel.
• Implement strategies to improve service levels, reduce delays, and increase overall efficiency.
• Analyze transportation data and KPIs to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, customer service, and operations teams.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transportation Manager to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of transportation carrier management experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to optimize transportation operations.
