Einride is seeking a Business Development Account Manager in Austin, Texas, to drive new business development across North America. This role combines a hunter's instinct for new business with the operational skills necessary for long-term success. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development or account management, a passion for logistics and sustainability, and the ability to build relationships.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in business development, account management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a shipper or customer-facing BD role.
• Demonstrated track record of winning new business.
• Strong understanding of freight modes encouraged.
