Job summary

Keenfinity is seeking a Business Development Manager for Public Address. This growth mission requires building new markets, identifying untapped verticals, and introducing world-class audio solutions into diverse environments.

You will partner with consultants, AV integrators, and IT leaders to create demand, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and shape the future of our market expansion. This is a high-impact, autonomous role with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications or 1–3 years of sales experience with proven results.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to learn complex technical solutions and communicate business value.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, social media, and sales tools.
• Goal-oriented, innovative, and able to challenge conventional approaches.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong prospecting interest.
• Creative prospecting across digital, social, networking and traditional channels.
• Highly organized with disciplined follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Build markets from scratch by opening new doors and establishing verticals.
• Sell complete professional audio solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Challenge the status quo with new ideas and outreach strategies.
• Develop executive-level relationships with consultants, architects, AV integrators, IT leaders, influencers, designers, and end users.
• Own your pipeline: prospect relentlessly, generate demand, navigate complex cycles and close new business.
• Shape the future by feeding field insights to products and GTM strategy.
