Job summary

SolaX Power is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to serve the Nordic customer base, delivering advanced support for solar inverters and energy storage systems. You will perform remote diagnostics, installation support, issue resolution, and technical training to partners and installers.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with PV systems, inverters, and batteries, plus familiarity with monitoring platforms and remote diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Technical experience with solar inverters, PV systems or battery storage.
• Experience in technical support, field service, or technical engineering roles.
• Familiarity with solar monitoring platforms and remote diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional technical support to customers, installers, and partners via phone, email, and remote access.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues with solar inverters and battery systems.
• Guide users through fault diagnosis and resolution procedures.
• Review designs for compatibility with SolaX products and assist with remote commissioning.
