Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; technical training a plus.
• 3+ years in utility-scale solar or electrical power industry.
• Strong preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to travel ~75% and work at remote sites.
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of solar equipment.
• Serve as regional technical resource across multiple sites.
• Travel extensively to support maintenance activities.
• Conduct electrical testing of HV, MV systems and inverters.
• Utilize SCADA and plant data to diagnose issues.
• Document work orders and technical summaries.
• Maintain safety and stop-work authority as needed.
