Togetherwork is seeking a Solution Consultant to work with clients (association market) to translate business goals into effective technology solutions. You will gather requirements, document them, and help configure systems while delivering training and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 knowledge, understanding of CRM with SQL, and a hands-on approach to enable staff and members to experience improved workflows.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Solid technical skills with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms.
• Understanding of CRM applications and basic database structures such as SQL.

Mansioni

• Understand client goals and design requirements; translate into functional specifications.
• Develop requirements documentation for client approval.
• Configure and test systems per client requirements and SOPs.
• Provide training to customers and support educational activities.
• Document and build solutions for consistent ongoing support.
• Study emerging tools and practices for the association marketplace.
