Togetherwork in Austin, TX hybrid (or US-wide remote) seeks a Solution Consultant to help association clients leverage our technologies and align projects with the technology roadmap.

You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design solutions that deliver measurable value for member-based associations, with strong emphasis on stakeholder collaboration and proactive problem solving.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of work experience in a related field.
• Solid technical skills with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar) and related platforms.
• Understanding of CRM applications and SQL databases.
• Experience with nonprofit functions such as membership management and meetings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Understand client goals and design requirements with our products.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and solutions.
• Develop and document functional requirements for client approval.
• Configure and support system setups based on approved requirements.
• Provide training and user education to customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with tools and practices for the association marketplace.
• Deliver consulting services within project budgets.
• Other related tasks as assigned.
