Urban Triage, a nonprofit focused on empowering Black families in Wisconsin, seeks a Development Coordinator to support donor relations, fundraising campaigns, and events. You will collaborate with the Director of Development and CEO to drive grant writing and manage development initiatives.

The role emphasizes coordinating campaigns, donor records, and grant proposals, with opportunities to impact community health resources and advocacy efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fundraising, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a development or fundraising role.
• Proven track record in creating and managing successful fundraising campaigns.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other donor management software.
• 2 years of experience in event planning.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute fundraising campaigns and events, including researching, creating, and managing timelines, budgets, and other materials.
• Manage donor data, gift, pledges, and other records accurately, timely, and securely.
• Ensure donor acknowledgments and other correspondence are sent promptly
• Prepare and deliver donor reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
• Assist in the preparation of grant applications and other fundraising proposals.
• Coordinate and manage the organization's online presence and social media campaigns for development purposes.
• Plan and facilitate meetings and other events, including managing guest lists, registration, and other event logistics
• Perform other duties as assigned
